HOW TO PAY at Get High Now Australia

(IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS OR PAYMENTS ON DELIVERY.
All orders must be prepaid using one of the accepted methods below.

Accepted payment methods

  • PAYID (instant bank payment via your bank app)
  • Bank Transfer (direct deposit / BPAY where available)
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum & selected stablecoins)
  • Gift Cards (Kindly contact the administrator for which gift cards to buy)

Orders are processed only after payment is verified. If payment cannot be verified, your order will remain on hold and will not be dispatched.

How we process payments & order flow

  1. You place an order on the website and choose one of the accepted payment methods at checkout.
  2. The order confirmation page (and email) will give you the exact payment instructions and the Order ID.
  3. Make the payment exactly as instructed and include your Order ID in the payment reference.
  4. Upload a screenshot or transaction receipt to our payment verification email or WhatsApp (details below).
  5. Once payment is verified, we confirm your order and prepare it for dispatch.
  6. You’ll receive shipping/tracking information when the parcel is dispatched.

Same-day delivery & payment verification

  • Same-day metro delivery is available for an extra charge ($20).
  • Payment must be verified before your order is eligible for same-day dispatch.
  • Verify payment promptly (upload receipt): orders with unverified payments will be queued for the next available dispatch.

Payment issues — what we need from you

If your payment does not show as verified, send the following to support@gethighnowaustralia.com or the WhatsApp support number from your order page:

  • Your Order ID
  • Payment method used (PAYID / Bank Transfer / Crypto / Gift Card)
  • Screenshot of the transaction confirmation or the crypto transaction hash (txid)
  • Sender name (bank account name or wallet name)
    We will reply with verification status and next steps.

Refunds & cancellations

  • Refunds are handled according to our Refunds & Returns Policy.
  • Refunds for bank transfers and PAYID are returned to the original bank account.
  • Crypto refunds are processed to the original wallet and may be subject to network fees.
  • Gift card refunds are returned as store credit unless otherwise stated.

Receipts & tax info

  • After payment verification you’ll receive an email receipt showing the order total, payment method and transaction reference.
  • If you require an invoice for accounting or tax purposes, reply to your order confirmation email with the invoice request and billing details.

Q — My payment was sent but order still shows unpaid. What now?
A — Upload a screenshot to support@gethighnowaustralia.com with your Order ID. We’ll verify and update your order status.

Q — Can I pay cash in person or on delivery?
A — No. We do NOT accept cash payments or payments on delivery. All payments must be made through the accepted methods.

Q — How quickly will my order ship after payment?
A — Once payment is verified, most orders are dispatched the same business day (subject to stock and courier availability). If you selected same-day metro delivery and payment is verified in time, we’ll dispatch immediately.
