We do not accept returns for opened or used consumable products unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, defective item), we will cover return shipping.

- PAYID / Bank Transfer refunds are sent to the original bank account
- Cryptocurrency refunds are returned in AUD equivalent to the original wallet address (network fees may apply)
- Gift card payments are refunded as store credit

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
